9 POINT WINDOW REPLACEMENT PROCESS

1. Schedule a Consultation

When you schedule a free estimate with Home Visions - you will meet with a managing partner that will be able to answer all of your questions.  You will NEVER feel pressure to make a decision and we do not send a commissioned salesman.

2. Precision Measurements

If we find the right solution for your needs and you decide to have Home Visions perform the work you are looking to have done we will send a trained measure technician to your home to record a precise measurement for each of the windows you are having replaced.

3. Order Verification

Our technician delivers clear, detailed measurements that are reviewed by our experienced project manager.  Follow up questions for are addressed at this time.

4. Windows Order Placed

Upon checking the order for accuracy, the measurements are sent to the manufacturing plant where the job is assigned a name and a computerized bar code so that the order is properly tracked throughout the fabrication process.  This ensures that your windows are made precisely for the openings in your home.

5. Secondary Order Verification

An order confirmation is generated by the manufacturer and is sent to our offices where it is compared again to our details for complete accuracy.  You will received communication from our office letting you know that your windows have begun the process of being made and approximately when your windows will be complete and ready for install.

6. Schedule Installation

We work with your busy schedule and will gladly set up your installation on a Saturday.  Typically, an average size job will take one day.  We will let you know in advance if it may take longer.

7. Installation Day

We will arrive to your home between 8am - 10am.  Our lead window mechanic will touch base and answer any questions you may have.  We are sure to keep your home clean and respect your personal space and belongings.  Having your blinds removed and large furniture away from the windows prior to arrival will help to keep your job on track.  Our installation crew will be glad to help with items if you are unable to move them yourself.

8. Completion Call

Once we have fully completed installation of your beautiful new energy efficient windows our lead mechanic will walk through the job with you and show you how to operate your new windows.  He will then call to our offices and speak with our project manager so that he can go through a three question survey with you and answer any additional questions you may have.
