David Kim (crew chief)



David is 29 years old. His parents are originally from South Korea. He resides in Columbia, MD with his wife and one child. David first began in the home improvement industry as a siding installer before finding his niche in window replacement. He has 4 years experience installing replacement windows. He is EPA certified to perform lead safe practices. David does an excellent job of listening to customer concerns and addressing them to create a custom install for each project he works on. David and his crew have received many compliments on their efficiency and cleanliness. David enjoys working out at his local gym and plays pick-up soccer games on the weekends he has off. David works alongside his father Ki Bok Kim.

Ki Bok Kim

Ki Bok Kim is David’s father. Originally from South Korea, he moved here with his family 13 years ago. Now residing in Silver Spring, he has accumulated 13 years of experience installing replacement windows and siding. Ki Bok is also highly talented at finishing window installation with crisp looking trim. A motivated individual, Ki Bok has received many regards for his intense attention to detail. Ki Bok and David make a terrific team known for getting the job done right the first time, leaving customers satisfied with professional grade window replacements.

Siding Installer
Dong Lee (crew chief - 5-STAR CERTAINTEED MASTER INSTALLER)

 

Affectionately referred to as Mr. Lee, he is HomeVisions siding and trim expert. He was born in South Korea and now resides in Beltsville, Maryland with    his wife.    Mr. Lee has over 30 years of vinyl siding, soffit and trim installation experience. Mr. Lee is energetic, concise and knowledgeable. Mr. Lee works closely with a crew of three installers. Mr. Lee and his crew receive many compliments on their professionalism and work ethic. Due to his extensive knowledge and experience, he has positioned himself as an irreplaceable asset to the Home Visions' team.
 

Roofing Installer
Herberto Flores (crew chief)



Herbert is our roofing expert. He is 34 years old and has amassed 10 years of roofing expertise. Herbert works with a crew of up to 6 men. He is very friendly and knowledgeable when speaking with customers about their new roof project. Our customers are always very impressed when they see the dump truck he comes to jobs with. Herbert has become known for his clean-up after a project, receiving many compliments for his professionalism. Herbert lives in Silver Spring and on the weekends enjoys riding his motorcycle.
