This guarantees a savings of at least 40% of energy usage from heating and cooling for the address and homeowner below. This is measured over a 12month period starting from the date of installation. If you should experience less than 40% you must submit this during the 13th month after installation. This offer is not valid for previous time periods.
This agreement is not transferable and is only good for the homeowner listed below at the address listed below. This offer is good for a complete windows purchase with full installation.
This guarantee is based on energy usage and not cost as energy prices fluctuate.
The below conditions apply to this agreement:

- This offer only covers Vytex Windows, either Georgetown or Heritage Lines, and SGD's
- Complete Installation means all windows except basement, attic, or porch.
- This offer is not valid on commercial projects unless approved by owner of Home Visions
- You must file this claim in the 13th month from install date. For example if you installed Dec 06 you would claim Dec 07.

- Heating and cooling systems must be properly maintained
- Claim can be up to $50 a month or $600 for the year, whichever is greater.
- Reimbursement will come as a result of paying the difference between average actual savings on energy consumption and 40% savings on energy consumption and will be computed using the rates currently charged by the power, gas, or oil companies.
